Before she founded B&B Solutions, Suziliene McDonald worked as a marketing development and intake specialist. She was the first call for families caring for a senior at home.
She heard the same story again and again. Families were worn down by the cost and stress of care, and they kept getting sent from one office to another without real answers.
So she built the resource she wished those families had. She earned her life and health insurance license so she could explain insurance options clearly. Then she built partnerships with healthcare providers, financial planners, and community organizations. Today, B&B Solutions is one place where Las Vegas seniors and their families can get help with insurance and the care needs that come with it.
Her background is not typical for this field. Suziliene has also worked as a model, singer, and actress. She named the company Brains and Beauty to challenge the idea that intelligence and beauty can’t go together.
